The No Surprises Act was passed to ensure that patients do not receive health care bills far exceeding their awareness or expectations. Dr. Mario Fucinari will deliver nuts and bolts information explaining the necessary actions and guidelines to help attendees understand the NSA Good Faith Estimates (GFE) requirements and implementation strategies for their practice.
