Completing this webinar series allows you to sit for the NRCME exam. Take advantage of this opportunity to provide additional services in your practice and become certified and registered by the National Registry of Commercial Medical Examiners (NRCME) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to perform DOT exams. DOT webinars provide the nuts and bolts and ins and outs of performing these exams.

Module 1: Background, rationale, mission goals of FMCSA; role of medical examiner; responsibilities and work environment of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operations.
Module 2: Obtain, document, review driver medical history, includes meds.
Module 3: Perform, review, document driver medical exam.
Module 4: Perform, obtain, document diagnostic tests; obtain other testing/ medical opinions.
Module 5: Determine driver certification outcome and period certification is valid; FMCSA reporting/documentation requirements.
Module 6: NRCME Test Review.
