DESCRIPTION
This course is a one-hour lecture course that explains the easily recognizable (but often overlooked) red flag presentations that can affect patient’s posture and response to care.
From how a subluxated navicular can cause facet syndrome to the influence of leg muscles on the arches of the foot, this webinar discusses the mechanical relationship of posture of the lower extremity. Topics include the red flags of pathologic pronation of the foot, the impact on the closed kinetic chain, and the importance of the windlass mechanism during gait.
