DESCRIPTION
Patients, payors, and colleagues in all health care disciplines expect evidence-based care. Unlike eminence-based care, where the source of all knowledge is the doctor, evidence-based care blends the science that supports clinical decision making, the art of practice, and the values of patients. Yet, it can be a challenge to practice in this manner. This program will train participants to generate answerable clinical questions, locate quality sources of evidence to use in clinical practice, evaluate research for quality and apply it to clinical practice. Recent significant publications that may be applied to chiropractic will be also be presented.
