DESCRIPTION

This dynamic and content filled module will be a journey in the concepts of recovery and return to sport post foot and ankle injury. Begin by diving into athlete specific needs assessment tools that provide the framework for rehabilitation sequencing. Then, move into relative functional progressions in the rehabilitation of the athlete for several common sports injuries of the foot and ankle. Lastly, sport specific considerations imperative in providing a full spectrum rehabilitation plan for the athlete as you prepare then to return to sport successfully.
