DESCRIPTION

This 2 hour course will begin with reviewing the basics of breath, but quickly dive into how to appropriately progress a rehabilitative at-home program during pregnancy. Learn how to be creative with your recommendations, while reviewing literature reinforcing why manipulation should be followed by loaded rehabilitation. Lastly, learn how to use the rEMOM to promote quicker pain relief and recovery out of the office.
