Immune function has been a focus since COVID-19 emerged as a health threat in the beginning 2020. Hygienic issue have been the focus, the most notable being mask-wearing and social distancing to combat the novel coronavirus. In contrast, nutrition has not been a focus. This class will focus on how diet and supplements support healthy immune function.
