DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this course is to gain an appreciation for the upper cervical spine. The course will review the clinical neurology of the upper cervical spine focusing of four clinical areas: The autonomic nervous system, cerebellar/basal ganglia/frontal cortex networks, cranial nerves and brain function. This course will as well outline research on CSF flow and the upper cervical spine with its potential ramifications in concessions, chronic traumatic encephalopathy and dementia. Clinical Neurology for the Upper Cerival Spine will include “Monday morning ready” clinical pearls for chiropractors to put into actions right away.
