DESCRIPTION
While this course may be taken independently for relicensure requirements, this course is part of our Functional Clinical Nutrition Diplomate program which meets the requirements to qualify to sit a qualifying examination for the Diplomate of CBCN Board and may qualify for other organizations.
Providers will gain a comprehensive understanding of the goals and objectives of this course, including becoming familiar with 20 therapeutic plants and their specific application and safety. Participants will be able to explain the main issues of quality and safety that concern herbal therapeutics today. Additionally, providers will be able to understand the basic application of herbal therapies in support of the nervous, digestive, and metabolic systems, as well as in support of general health and wellness.
