DESCRIPTION
Participants will examine how alterations in the intestinal environment may influence nutrient sensing, L-cell function, incretin signaling, glucose homeostasis, and gut-brain communication. The program will distinguish food sensitivities from IgE-mediated food allergy and intolerance while critically examining the evidence surrounding immune-mediated food reactions and their clinical relevance.
