DESCRIPTION
The cervicocranial junction is a complex anatomical region that is essential to understanding and treating in chiropractic practice. This course will review the relevant spinal anatomy and its associated muscle and nerves with the emphasis being on the clinical application and documentation of the assessment and active care portions of a chiropractic visit. Clear documentation and coding examples will be provided for common assessment tools, functional assessment methods, and for prescribing and recording home exercise programs, compliance and progression.
