DESCRIPTION
Learn the theory and practice of nerve conduction studies, needle electromyography (EMG) and evoked potentials. This course will emphasize the "hands-on" approach. Upon completion of this program doctors will have the skills to perform and interpret the findings of these scientifically validated diagnostic procedures. Additionally, report writing, reimbursement coding and third party reimbursement procedures will be discussed. Each Doctor will have the use of a state-of-the art Cadwell EMG instrument at each module. This certificate program consists of 10 weekend modules. Each module is comprised of 15 hours of lecture and laboratory. The 150 hours of post-graduate education is designed for Doctors of Chiropractic.
Tuition fees include all course materials, notes, computerized notes and A-V materials, and the use of a state-of-the-art Cadwell EMG instrument on each weekend. An electrode supply kit is also provided to participants for each teaching module.
