Foot pain is often chronic, recurring and requires more than orthotics and rest to resolve. This 3-hour course includes an anatomy review, relevant biomechanics for the chiropractic doctor, soft tissue assessment, CMT of the region and active care. The treatment of plantar fasciitis and Morton’s Neuroma will be covered in detail from a multimodal approach including CMT, active care, modalities and home exercise instruction. In addition, treatment of metatarsalgia versus Morton’s Neuroma will be addressed. The indications for co-management with other providers will be presented.
