The Whole Food Advantage presentation will explain the changes in nutrients in our foods over the course of the last 50 years. The presentation will identify the gap in nutrient intake as shown through the Standard American Diet (SAD). The presentation will define and focus on the role of phytonutrients in foods, their beneficial effect on human health and the role of organic in a whole food diet.
