Low back pain in the athlete can be a challenging case to manage. Determining if that low back pain is originating from an active or pending spondylolysis will determine the appropriate intervention. Don’t manage these patients out of fear. We will cover the diagnostic workup on a patient with a suspected spondylolysis and the appropriate management of that patient. Various unknown cases will be covered as well ranging from neoplasm to arthritis and more.
